Cloth Side Guard Adjuster

Before gluing, the cloth will be verified firstly through the front guard adjuster and the side guard adjuster to ensure the cloth can be fed in balance. The difference can be control within 0.5mm. After gluing, the cloth will be separated by cooper blade.

Photoelectric Induction Rectification

After the cloth gluing, servo motor controls the conveyor belt to rectify the deviation through photoelectric induction automatically.

Intergrated Sol Box

Adopts outside heats water, inside sol way, which is removable and easy to clean. Outside sol box is automatic water level monitoring and low level alarm to avoid heating exceeding. Automatic setting and monitoring glue viscosity.

360° Rotation Four Station

From non stop board feeding, cloth bonding to board, wrapping long side, and wrapping short side in one line.

Board Suction Device

The width of the case is adjusted by the ball screw, and the length off the case is adjusted by the sliding groove, more easy, precisely and convenient.

Side Wrapping Mechanism

Adopts servo motor system to automatic adjust the length and width with oblique pressure wrapping way, which is more close.

Safety Door Device

When the machine door open, it will have alarm on the touch screen.

Touch Screen and Remote Monitor

Remote date monitoring and fault detect. Available access to factory ERP system, production data and so on. Easy for after sales service.
