Heatable Separation Blade

when machine is running, blade is lifting up to assist gluing thinner and more evenly. When the machine stopped, it will put down to avoid sticking.

Photoelectric Induction Rectification

After the cloth gluing, servo motor controls the conveyor belt to rectify the deviation through photoelectric induction automatically.

Integrated Sol Box

Adopts outside heats water, inside glue, which is removable and easy to clean. Outside glue box is automatic water level monitoring and low level alarm to avoid heating exceeding. Automatic setting and monitoring glue viscosity.

Board Suction Device

The width of the case is adjusted by the ball screw, and the length off the case is adjusted by the sliding groove, more easy, precisely and convenient.

Side Wrapping Mechanism

Adopts servo motor system to automatic adjust the length and width with oblique pressure wrapping way, which is more close.

Safety Door Device

When the machine door open, it will have alarm on the touch screen.
